a) Piping Engineer/Inspector – China
• Degree in Mechanical/Piping Engineering
• 10 + years of relevant working experience drafting and design of plants and systems for projects in the Oil & Gas Industries.
• Good project management skills, team spirit and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Well-versed in all local and international codes and standards on the related field
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

b) QA/QC Manager - China
• Experience in start up of a ‘green site’ / new topsides / module fabrication facility
• Oversee the development of the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standard
• Plan & undertake all inspection activities in timely manner.
• Develop the assigned annual operating budget.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

c) Mechanical Engineer/Inspector– China
• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years experience as a Mechanical Engineer
• Mechanical design, construction, manufacturing, root cause failure evaluations and troubleshooting
• Independent judgment; strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and willing to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-tasking is a must willing to travel

d) Electrical / Instrument Engineer/Inspector - China
• Bachelor or above Degree in Electrical/Electronic
• Minimum 10 years' relevant work experience in the petrochemical/chemical manufacturing industry or a refinery
• Create, check, review, and analyze assembly drawing, test procedure and equipment performance specifications
• Project management experience is proffered
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

1.   熟悉国际石油公司的工程调试及验收标准，具有丰富（10~20年）的现场工程项目机械完工、系统调试能力及经验；
2.   具有大型配电系统（下游终端电网、大型FPSO电网）调试能力及经验；
3.   具有各类深水设备的控制系统调试经验；
4.   具有大型变频传动设备（中、高压）调试经验；
5.   具有编写和指导海洋工程领域核心电气设备及重要试验程序的经验；
6.   熟悉世界著名厂家各种类型的DCS、ESD、FGS系统，能够对中控系统组态和指导，解决调试和运行过程中的问题；
7.   熟悉各种常用通讯协议，能独立进行通讯测试，如Profibus,Modbus等。熟悉各种网络如Profibus、RS485、CAN总线、工业以太网等，能够处理现场出现的网络问题；
8.   熟悉船舶通讯和导航系统的现场调试工作，如无线电、雷达等系统，精通船用通讯导航设备的使用和调试，要求能够对通讯导航设备进行系统接线、参数设置和调试使用等，
      这些设备不仅仅局限在GMDSS系统要求范围内，还包括如计程仪，测深仪，磁罗经系统等。
9.   具有一定的PLC编程能力，能使用世界上主要PLC厂家的编程软件进行编程；
10. 熟悉DP及其附属系统的调试，至少从事过一艘DP3系统的船舶的调试工作，熟悉动力定位技术各种规范，有动力定位技术设计、调试经验，并有过动力定位系统配套设备的调
     试、设计经历，熟悉DP系统的各种外部传感器的使用，如风速风向仪、船舶姿态传感器、电罗经、HiPAP等，有过相关设备调试经验；
11. 精通船用通讯导航设备的使用和调试，要求能够对通讯导航设备的进行系统接线、参数设置和调试使用等，这些设备不仅仅局限在GMDSS系统要求范围内，还包括如计程仪，
     测深仪，磁罗经系统等；
12. 熟悉DP各种操作控制台的使用，如导航操作台、推进器操作台等。熟悉操作台上各种操作设备，熟悉其工作原理并可以进行操作；
13. 熟悉工业控制中使用的各种网络，如Profibus、RS485、CAN总线、工业以太网等，能够处理现场出现的网络问题；
14. 了解深水钻井设备，了解其原理及组成，可以进行辅助调试。
